LoopMonster

LoopMonster brings the RC-505 experience inside Ableton Live. Five independent loop tracks, quantized recording, overdub with undo, and per-slot volume control — no hardware looper required.

Every loop snaps to Ableton's transport grid, so you stay in time even under pressure. Build arrangements on the fly, drop all tracks for a breakdown, or layer textures over a backing track.

Each slot runs its own state machine — EMPTY, ARMED, RECORDING, PLAYING, OVERDUB, STOPPED — with color-coded LED strips, LCD status displays, and context-sensitive action buttons.

The master section provides STOP ALL, CLR (clear all), UNDO, and a global QUANTIZE selector (Off / 1 Bar / 2 Bar / 4 Bar).

All 6 volume knobs (5 slots + master) and the quantize menu are MIDI-mappable via Ableton's native MIDI Map mode. Drop it onto any audio track — no MIDI track required.
