Use License
When you purchase a product from LOFI Monster Studios, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal and commercial music production purposes. Each license is tied to a single user and may be installed on up to two computers owned by the license holder. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense our products.
Product Purchases
All purchases are processed through our authorized payment providers (Sumit and Gumroad). Prices are displayed in the currency specified on the product page. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect existing orders. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download the product and a license key via your account dashboard and email.
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. Refund requests must include your order number and reason for the refund. After the 14-day period, refunds are provided at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Intellectual Property
All content on the LOFI Monster Studios website, including software, text, graphics, logos, audio files, and the design of the website itself, is the intellectual property of LOFI Monster Studios and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from our website without prior written permission.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
