Where do I find my license key?
After purchasing, your license key will appear in your Account Dashboard under the Licenses section. You will also receive it via email.
What DAWs are supported?
Our VST plugins support any DAW that accepts VST3 or AU format (Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic Pro, Bitwig, Reaper, etc.). Max for Live devices require Ableton Live Suite.
Do I get free updates?
Yes! Every purchase includes lifetime updates. You can download the latest version from your Account Dashboard at any time.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day refund policy on all products. Contact our support team if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
How do I install Max for Live devices?
Download the .amxd file from your account, then drag it into a MIDI or Audio track in Ableton Live. The device will load automatically.
Can I use the plugins on multiple computers?
Each license allows installation on up to 2 computers that you own. Contact support if you need to transfer a license.
